What you need:

  • 2 Cup White Kidney Bean
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Add water if necessary for a smooth puree.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
