Bean Dip
SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 10-15 Minutes
What you need:
- 2 Cup White Kidney Bean
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
What to do:
- Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Add water if necessary for a smooth puree.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
