California Blend
SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 45 - 60 Minutes
What you need:
- ¾ Cup Broccoli
- ¾ Cup Cauliflower
- ¾ Cup Carrots, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
What to do:
- Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Peel and dice all the vegetables into ½ inch portions. Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl and toss with oil to coat.
- Bake until mixture is tender and lightly browned, approximately 30 – 45 minutes, turning halfway through bake time.
