Veggie Meatloaf

SERVES: 6 portions

What you need:

  • 2 lbs Ground Veggie
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumb
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. In a large bowl combine veggie ground round, garlic, egg, onion, celery and bread crumbs.
  4. Place in a lightly greased pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour and serve immediately.
