Veggie Meatloaf
SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 1 Hour 10 Mins
What you need:
- 2 lbs Ground Veggie
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumb
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
What to do:
- Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl combine veggie ground round, garlic, egg, onion, celery and bread crumbs.
- Place in a lightly greased pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour and serve immediately.
