What you need:
- 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- ΒΌ Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Butter (Optional, For Extra Creaminess)
What to do:
- In a saucepan, whisk together flour and sea salt.
- Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 7-10 minutes).
- Remove from heat. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla and butter (if using).
- Cool & serve: Pour into cups, cover with plastic wrap (touching the surface), and chill for at least 2 hours.
