Va-Voom Vanilla Pudding

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 2 hours 20 minutes

What you need:

  • 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • ΒΌ Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (Optional, For Extra Creaminess)

What to do:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together flour and sea salt.
  2. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth.
  3. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 7-10 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla and butter (if using).
  5. Cool & serve: Pour into cups, cover with plastic wrap (touching the surface), and chill for at least 2 hours.
