What you need:
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 4 white Fish Fillets
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together diced tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic.
- Place fish fillets in the baking dish and spoon the tomato mixture evenly over each.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 18–25 min, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
