What you need:
- 3 Cup Chicken
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
- ½ Cup Diced Onion
- 2 Cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 Cup Cream
What to do:
- Make sure you wash your hands before you begin.
- For the masala sauce, mix together yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices and blend with a food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chicken, refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and cook onions until translucent. Stir in marinated chicken, marinara sauce, and cream.
- Bring mixture to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Simmer until sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
