What you need:
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
- 1 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
- 1 thin Cucumber Slice
What to do:
- Spread a thin, even layer of ricotta on half the bread slices.
- Place cucumber slices evenly over half the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Gently press together, then cut each sandwich into 2 quarters (triangles or rectangles).
- Arrange on trays and cover lightly with a damp paper towel until serving (prevents drying).
