Tea Time Sandwiches

RECIPE TIME: 15 minutes

What you need:

  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
  • 1 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 thin Cucumber Slice

What to do:

  1. Spread a thin, even layer of ricotta on half the bread slices.
  2. Place cucumber slices evenly over half the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  4. Gently press together, then cut each sandwich into 2 quarters (triangles or rectangles).
  5. Arrange on trays and cover lightly with a damp paper towel until serving (prevents drying).
