Sweetie Pie Salmon

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 15 - 20 Minutes

What you need:

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Salmon Fillet

What to do:

  1. Make sure you wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Set oven to 350F.
  3. Combine brown sugar, chili powder and cumin.
  4. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
  5. Rub ½ tbsp of the spice mixture on each fillet.
  6. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
