Sweetie Pie Salmon
SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 15 - 20 Minutes
What you need:
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Salmon Fillet
What to do:
- Make sure you wash your hands before you begin.
- Set oven to 350F.
- Combine brown sugar, chili powder and cumin.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Rub ½ tbsp of the spice mixture on each fillet.
- Place salmon on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
