Superb Herb Spread & Whole Wheat Tortilla

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 10-15 minutes

What you need:

  • 6 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ Tsp Oregano
  • ¼ Tsp Parsley
  • ¼ Tsp Thyme

What to do:

  1. Add the cream cheese, garlic and herbs to a bowl.
  2. Whip by hand with a whisk or rubber spatula, or use a hand mixer on low speed to combine all the ingredients well.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, to let the flavours develop.
  4. Enjoy with whole wheat tortilla breadsticks, bagels, crackers, or pita!
