Swedish Beans

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 20 - 30 Minutes

What you need:

  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
  • 1 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Cup Diced Celery
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ΒΌ Cup Flour
  • 2 Cup Veggie Stock
  • 2 Cup Bean

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. In a large skillet heat veggie oil over medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic and cook until translucent, set aside.
  4. Melt butter in pan. Add flour, whisking for 1 minute gradually adding milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer sauce for 10-15 minutes.
