Popular Peach Muffin

RECIPE TIME: 30 - 40 Minutes

What you need:

  • 1 ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Egg
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Sliced Peaches
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Veggie Oil
  • ½ Tbsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Stir the oil mixture into the flour mixture just until moist. Fold in the peaches.
  4. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into centre of the loaf comes out clean. Cool pan for 10 minutes.
