Pineapple Whip
SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 10 Minutes
What you need:
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
What to do:
- Be sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- Place chunks of frozen pineapple and coconut milk into a food processor or high powered blender.
- Blend until the consistency becomes creamy.
- You may have to stop several times and scrape down the sides.
- Scoop into cups to serve! Enjoy!
