What you need:
- 2 Cups Veggie Stock
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cup Shaved Beef
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 6 Whole Wheat Rolls, Sliced Open
What to do:
- In a small saucepan, heat broth over medium heat.
- Add soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and thyme. Stir and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Keep warm on low heat.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shaved beef and garlic.
- Sauté for 2–3 minutes until just cooked through. Don’t overcook!
- Assemble the sandwiches and serve with the au jus on the side for dipping.
