Ohana Orange Fish

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 60 Minutes

What you need:

  • 6 Fish Fillet
  • ½ Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Veggie Oil
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Vinegar

What to do:

  1. Make sure you wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. Place fish fillet on a single layer of parchment paper lined on a baking pan. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté onion, and garlic until fully cooked, add cooked fish fillets.
  5. In a separate pot combine all the other ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour orange sauce over the fish and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve over Terrific Thai Noodles.
