What you need:
- 1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Oats
- 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
What to do:
- Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated well.
- Scoop into a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow cookie to cool completely on pan before serving.
