Gentle Gingersnaps

RECIPE TIME: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

What you need:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Molasses
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Preheat oven to 300F.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated well.
  6. Scoop into a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Allow cookie to cool completely on pan before serving.
