Crunchy Coleslaw

SERVES: 6 portions

What you need:

  • 3 Cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

What to do:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
