Cottage Berry Cloud
Fork Facts:
If you’re looking for another reason to try cottage cheese, look no further! This uniquely textured cheese is a protein powerhouse! It contains a slow-digesting protein called “casein” which helps release amino acids for an extended period of time. This means you’ll feel fuller for longer while helping your muscles grow big and strong! With the addition of chia seeds which are packed with fiber and antioxidants, the Cottage Berry Cloud is a great way to kick start a busy day!
