
Busy Bruschetta & Crackers

SERVES: 6 portions
RECIPE TIME: 15–20 minutes
What you need:
- 4 Plum Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- ¼ Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar To Drizzle (Optional)
What to do:
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if using).
- Let it sit for at least 10–15 minutes for flavours to meld.
- Serve immediately with toasted garlic bread!
