Bean Burrito Bowl

SERVES: 6 portions

RECIPE TIME: 30-35 minutes

What you need:

  • 1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
  • ½ Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Cup Pinto Bean
  • 3 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheese

What to do:

  1. Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
  2. In a large pan add veggie oil, onions, and garlic. Cook onions until translucent.
  3. Stir in spices and pinto beans, cooking thoroughly.
  4. Serve in a bowl with ½ of brown rice, ¼ cup of beans, and top with 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese.
  5. Optional: add a dollop of sour cream and cilantro.
