What you need:
- 1 Tbsp Veggie Oil
- ½ Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 3 Cup Pinto Bean
- 3 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
What to do:
- Make sure to wash your hands before you begin.
- In a large pan add veggie oil, onions, and garlic. Cook onions until translucent.
- Stir in spices and pinto beans, cooking thoroughly.
- Serve in a bowl with ½ of brown rice, ¼ cup of beans, and top with 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese.
- Optional: add a dollop of sour cream and cilantro.
