What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
My alarm clock for Monday to Friday is 5:30am. I do not have any alarm set for the weekends. ????
What is your favorite dish to eat or cook?
I would said that tacos are the yummiest to eat and the easiest to cook! ????
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
I learned from my grandmother the love of food and the process to make it. I love to see the reaction of others enjoying my creations, this is the best reward.
What are your interests outside of work?
Spend as much time as possible with my kids and family. I also like to spend time with people in my community and pass along the culture to my kids.

Cooking for children, as they are the most unexpected critics but the most rewarding customer.
What is something that a Kidco child has taught you?
Nutrition, and the care for special diets and allergies is very important, something that we all need to learn.
