What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
I usually set my alarm for 5:20 during weekdays and 7:30 during weekends.
What is your favourite dish to eat or cook?
I find enjoyable preparing dishes that showcase the delicate flavours of fresh seasonal fish and quality meat, while experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to create exciting new recipes
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
My love for food was inspired by my mom, who taught me how to cook .

I enjoy fishing, participating in water sports and exploring different restaurants to experience what they are offering
