Where were you born?
I was born in a small town in the south of India, called Kurnool.
What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
My alarm is set to 3:45 a.m. everyday including Saturday and Sunday.
What is your favourite dish to eat or cook?
My favorite dish to cook is Risotto.
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
My deepest passions in life are for food and cooking. They both sharpen my creative edge and bring me closer to the people I love.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love photography, creative design. My career up until covid was in high fashion. I designed and created beautiful fabrics and garments. Covid gave me the time to pursue my passion for food.
What’s for dinner tonight?
I plan my dinners around my kids choices. Today I may cook a street food called Pav Bhaji (pav=bun/bread, and bhaji=curry/veg stew). Which is simple yet delicious. Lots of spices and a load of butter.
