What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
4 am weekdays, and no alarm on the weekend, usually I get up when my son wants me to make him breakfast.
What is your favourite dish to eat or cook?
I enjoy baking. I like to bake cookies, pies and cupcakes. My favourite foods are pizza, watermelon, and chocolate.
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
My grandma. I spent most summers with her learning to bake.
What are your interests outside of work?
I like puzzles, spending time with friends and family, hiking, board games and watching TV.
Tell us about one of your favourite experiences working at Kids & Company.
I enjoy when the children enjoy the food. Whether it's them coming into the centre and smell cookies baking and they get excited, or when the lunch cart is dropped off and the kids all cheer.
What is something that a Kidco child has taught you?
I am surprised just how adventurous children can be when it comes to food. How they love butter chicken, chickpeas, and broccoli!
