My alarm is set for 3:20AM Monday to Friday.

Meat and potatoes is my go to.

I was inspired by my mentor/boss to cook.

Any sport I can play I enjoy!

My favourite experience is when the kids arrive in the morning and say "Hi Chef Dan!"

They taught me how to dance to baby shark!
