What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
My alarm is set for 3:30 am Monday thru Friday and No alarm clock on the weekends
What is your favourite dish to eat or cook?
I have many Favorite dishes but most of all I like Seafood Pasta dishes
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
I was inspired to cook from watching my mother and grandmother cook. I was also inspired by many chef while working in the industry at the age of 16.
My father was a Chef in the Air Force
What are your interests outside of work?
My interest outside of work are spending time with my grandchildren and great grandchildren. I love to swim, long walks, reading and jet skiing Sports
