What/who inspired your love of food and why?
From my first job at the Met at 16.
What are your interests outside of work?
Reading, swimming, spending time with my grandchildren, and beer.

A child with ASD came and helped me make cookie dough, he later came down and watched them bake. He looked at me and said "you're a transformer!"
What is something that a Kidco child has taught you?
Children have very particular palettes.
