My alarm clock is set Monday to Friday at 6:00am and Saturday/Sunday at 8:00am.
What is your favorite dish to eat or cook?
My Favourite dish is chicken fried rice.
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
I have held many different positions in the industry and I really enjoy cooking, it is something that makes me happy.

I enjoy running.
