What is your alarm clock usually set to from Monday to Friday? What about Saturday & Sunday?
4:45AM Monday-Friday, none on the weekend, but usually still up by around 5.
What is your favourite dish to eat or cook?
I love to cook seafood, especially shrimp and scallops.
What/who inspired your love of food and why?
No one really inspired me, but cooking has always been something I have loved and enjoyed doing.
What are your interests outside of work?
When not at work I love spending time outdoors. Whether it’s a hike or a walk by the beach. Watching my grandkids play sports or dance.
Tell us about one of your favourite experiences working at Kids & Company.
I remember one day a little boy said he didn’t like what was being served for lunch. Another child looked at him and said Miss Angie is the worlds greatest chef!
